Booking Policy
 
  • All cancellations should be done 48 hours prior to appointment. If at  least 24 hours notice isn't given the deposit is not refundable
  • ​All clients should be aware that appointments can fall a little behind due to unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Deposits will go towards your service total.
  •  All deposits should be paid online, through paypal or in person. Transfers should contain ( clients  name , service description , time of service)
  • Please open the email after you make your appointment to confirm once you open the email it will automatically confirm. Also if you booked a service and your deposit is not received it will be cancelled.
  • Client who are more than 15 minutes late , may loose their deposit , designs may be limited or you may have to wait in between clients to complete nails
  • All clients are able to book last minute, if a spot is available.
